M&A Pageantry is a Delta State-based pageantry, modeling, and brand representation house, built to turn public votes and honest competition into real opportunity.
We built M&A Pageantry to give contestants across Nigeria a transparent, verifiable stage: a live vote count, a secure Paystack-processed voting pipeline, and a public leaderboard that updates in real time — not a closed-door panel deciding a winner behind the scenes.
Today the house runs three divisions under one roof — the monthly Face of M&A Pageantry vote, a working Modeling Sector registry, and a Brand Ambassador placement track — alongside a vendor Marketplace and a ticketed live annual event, all based in Delta State, Nigeria.

Voting
How much does a vote cost?
Each vote costs ₦250, charged securely through Paystack. The current price is always shown on the Face of M&A Pageantry page before you confirm payment.
When does voting open and close?
Voting runs monthly, opening on the 1st and closing on the 21st. Once the window closes, votes for that cycle are final and the leaderboard locks.
Can I vote more than once?
Yes. There's no cap on votes per person — you can cast as many paid votes for your favourite contestant as you like while the window is open.
Are votes refundable?
No. Because votes count immediately toward the live leaderboard, all verified vote payments are final and non-refundable.

Yes — registering as a contestant in the Face of M&A Pageantry division is completely free.
What does it cost to register elsewhere?
Modeling Sector registration is ₦5,000, Brand Ambassador registration is ₦15,000, and Marketplace brand registration is ₦20,000. All are one-time fees.
Is the registration fee refundable if I'm not accepted?
Registration fees cover application processing and review, so they're non-refundable regardless of outcome. Please review each division's requirements before applying.
Payments & Verification
How are payments processed?
All payments — votes, registrations, and gala tickets — run through Paystack, then are verified server-side before anything is credited to your account or the leaderboard.
I paid but it hasn't shown up. What do I do?
Verification is usually instant. If a payment doesn't reflect within a few minutes, message our WhatsApp support line with your payment reference and email, and our team will check it manually.
How do prize winners get paid?
Top-ranked contestants at the end of each voting cycle are contacted directly using the phone number or email on their registration to arrange cash prize payout.

1. Information We Collect
When you register as a contestant, vote, buy a ticket, or register a brand, we collect the details you submit directly: full name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, and any photos or profile information provided as part of your application. When you pay via Paystack, Paystack processes your card or transfer details directly — we never see or store your full card number.
2. How We Use Your Information

3. Payment Data
All payments are processed by Paystack, a licensed payment processor. We receive a payment reference and status from Paystack to verify your transaction, but sensitive card details are handled entirely on Paystack's secure infrastructure and never touch our servers.
4. Data Storage & Sharing
Contestant, registration, and transaction records are stored in our secure database and are not sold to third parties. Public information you submit for a contestant profile (name, photo, social handles, vote count) is displayed publicly on the site as part of the competition. We may share information with Paystack, our hosting and database providers, or law enforcement where legally required.
5. Cookies
We use minimal browser storage to keep you signed into admin sessions and to remember basic site preferences. We do not use invasive third-party tracking cookies.
6. Data Retention
We retain registration and transaction records for as long as needed to resolve disputes, honour prize payouts, and meet accounting obligations, after which they may be archived or deleted.
7. Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or request deletion of your contestant profile (subject to any obligations we have to retain competition and payment records). Contact us using the details below to make a request.
8. Children's Privacy
Our platform is intended for users of legal contracting age in Nigeria. We do not knowingly collect information from children without parental or guardian involvement in the registration process.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
By registering, voting, purchasing a ticket, or otherwise using the M&A Pageantry platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract under Nigerian law to register, pay, or receive a cash prize on this platform. Contestants and brand representatives are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit.
3. Registration & Fees
Face of M&A Pageantry registration is free. Modeling Sector, Brand Ambassador, and Marketplace registrations require a one-time, non-refundable fee as displayed at the time of registration. Submitting a registration fee does not guarantee acceptance into a division; all applications are subject to review.
4. Voting Rules
Each vote costs ₦250 and is processed through Paystack.
Voting cycles run monthly, opening on the 1st and closing on the 21st, unless an admin-configured countdown states otherwise.
All vote payments are final. Votes are non-refundable and non-transferable once verified.
Any attempt to manipulate the vote count through fraudulent payments, bots, or exploiting the payment or verification system will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.
5. Prizes & Payout
Cash prizes are awarded to the top-ranked contestants at the close of each voting cycle, based on the final verified vote count. Winners will be contacted using the details provided at registration to arrange payout. M&A Pageantry reserves the right to verify a winner's identity before releasing a prize.
6. Tickets & Live Events
Ticket purchases for live events are subject to availability and the event date, time, and venue communicated by M&A Pageantry. Tickets are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled outright by the organizers.
7. Marketplace & Brand Listings
Brands registering for a Marketplace storefront card are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the products or services they list. M&A Pageantry is not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a listed brand.
8. Code of Conduct
Contestants, voters, and participants agree not to harass, defame, or post abusive content about other users through public channels or communications. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this standard.
9. Intellectual Property
By submitting photos or content as part of your registration, you grant M&A Pageantry a licence to display that content on the platform and associated social channels for promotional purposes related to the competition.
10. Limitation of Liability
M&A Pageantry is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, delays in third-party payment processing, or temporary service interruptions.
11. Termination
We may suspend or remove a contestant, brand, or user from the platform at our discretion for violating these Terms, without obligation to refund any fees already paid.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delta State.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
